Because of the personal goods nature of our products we of course cannot offer returns on soap.

Damages and issues
However, if your soap arrives damaged we will make that right.  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  You can contact us at valarie@rangelandsoaps.com.
